Delivery Timelines
  • Orders placed before 3:00 PM (IST) are eligible for same-day delivery in most major cities and metro areas.
  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM (IST) will be delivered within the next 24 hours.
  • For remote or rural locations, delivery may take up to 48 hours depending on service availability.
  • Delivery is available between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM, depending on the local delivery partner’s schedule.
Special Occasion Deliveries

  • On occasions like Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Diwali, Raksha Bandhan, or Christmas, delivery timings may vary due to high order volume.

  • Orders for Valentine’s Day received up to 12:00 noon (IST) on 13th February will be delivered on 14th February.

  • Orders placed after this cutoff may be delivered on 15th February.

Sunday & Holiday Deliveries

  • We deliver on Sundays in most major cities across India.

  • Deliveries on public holidays may not be available in all areas.

Order Tracking

  • Customers receive an email and SMS confirmation once the order is placed.

  • You can also track your order status through our website’s order tracking page or by contacting customer support.

Delivery Conditions
  • Delivery will be attempted only once to the address provided. If the recipient is unavailable, the order may be left with a neighbor, security guard, or at reception (as applicable).
  • We are unable to guarantee specific delivery times for addresses such as hotels, hospitals, offices, or military bases.
  • For timed deliveries, please mention your preferred time in the “Special Instructions” field during checkout — we will do our best to accommodate your request.
