At GiftWift, we take pride in delivering happiness through our thoughtfully curated gifts. Every order is handled with utmost care to ensure it reaches your loved ones in perfect condition. However, we understand that situations may arise where you may need a refund, replacement, or cancellation.

Refund Policy
  • Refunds are applicable only if the product delivered is damaged, defective, or not as described.
  • Customers must raise a refund request within 24 hours of delivery, along with a clear photo or video proof of the issue.
  • Refunds are not applicable for:
    • Perishable items such as flowers, cakes, chocolates, or plants delivered in good condition.
    • Personalized or customized gifts once processed.
    • Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery details provided by the customer.
  • Once your request is approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Return Policy
  • Due to the nature of our products (especially fresh flowers, cakes, and live plants), returns are not accepted once the order has been delivered successfully.
  • If the product is found damaged or incorrect at the time of delivery, we will offer a free replacement or issue a refund, depending on stock availability.
  • Customers are requested to inspect the product upon delivery and report any concerns immediately.
Cancellation Policy
  • Orders can be canceled up to 2 hours before the scheduled delivery time for a full refund.
  • Cancellation requests made after the order has been processed or dispatched will not be eligible for a refund.
  • During peak occasions (like Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Diwali, etc.), cancellations may not be possible once the order is confirmed due to high demand.
Late or Missing Refunds
  • If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days, please check with your bank or card provider first.
  • If the issue persists, contact us at support@giftwift.store with your order details.
