We try our best to fulfill time requests, but specific delivery times are not guaranteed due to logistics. You can add your preferred time in the special notes.

Cancellations are accepted before order processing begins. Refunds are processed per our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Custom or same-day deliveries may not be eligible after dispatch.

We guarantee freshness. If your product is damaged or not as ordered, contact us within 3 hours of delivery with photos — we will assist you with replacement or refund.

Yes, we decorate homes, banquet halls, hotels, offices, outdoor venues, and more.
3. How early should I book event decoration?
We recommend booking 3–7 days in advance. Same-day & urgent bookings depend on availability.
4. Can I customize the decoration theme?
Absolutely! We specialize in custom themes, colors, floral styles, and balloon concepts.
5. Do you charge for setup and travel?
Setup charges are included in packages. Travel charges may apply based on location.
6. Do you provide decoration materials?
Yes, we provide flowers, balloons, props, stands, lights and everything needed unless specified otherwise.
7. Is booking advance required?
Yes, a 30–50% advance is required to confirm event bookings.
